Group Policy Software deploymnet

Hi
I am getting the following error while deploying a MSI package using group Policy. I checked the group policy settings and "Always wait for the network at computer startup at logon" is enabled. In that same OU some computers does not have this issue.
What else could be causing this problem. i am trying to minimize the number of times a computer reboots for the software deployment to work.
Event ID 101 -The group policy framework should call the extension in the synchronous foreground policy refresh.
Event ID 108 - Failed to apply changes to software installation settings. Software installation policy application has been delayed until the next logon because an administrator has enabled logon optimization for group policy. The error was : The group policy framework should call the extension in the synchronous foreground policy refresh.
Please advise.

Before going further, would you please provide more information about the issue? What is the OS version of the DC? What’s the detailed AD infrastructure of your domain? How did you configure the software deployment polices? And what is the OS version of the computers that failed to get the software?
Regarding the event log you provided, I suggest we could try to refer to the following articles to see if they can help us to troubleshoot the issue.
