Sunday, December 30, 2012 6:00 AMThank you for your question, although we might need a bit more information from you. Is there any info in the logs about any errors that are happening? When this problem happens is the Routing and Remote Access service in a stopped state? Has there been any recent changes made to the system?

Hi,
Please reconfirm below points.
- Your “Routing and Remote Access” Services running or not?
- Is it set to automatic or manual under "General" Tab?
- Checked your “Recovery” Tab. Refer link. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/jcalev/archive/2008/01/10/some-tricks-with-service-restart-logic.aspx
If not then try to install below hotfix.
