Changed external address for internet server, now internet browsers time out on work stations. Can use nslookup to find external ip address or even use friendly name and receive ip address e.g. msn.com, yahoo.com, google.com,...etc. on workstations, yet the internet site times out even if the ip address is enterred.

So you changed the external address for the server.
The internal address stayed the same and you internal clients can't get to it?
Someone screwed up with DNS or changed the wrong NICs address.
----yes you can use nslookup just use the proper DNS server to do you lookup.
