Hello,
You may update BIOS and hardware drivers
Uninstall new software installed before BSOD (if any)
Run chkdsk /r /f and sfc /scannow
Run RAM diagnosis and other hardware checks
If none of the above helps, please open a ticket with Microsoft Support to help analyze the dump files. You can contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem can be resolved efficiently. http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/. If you are outside the US please http://www.microsoft.com/worldwide/ for regional support phone numbers.
Thanks

Hi abrrymnvette,
Below is the results after running WhoCrashed.
Welcome to WhoCrashed (HOME EDITION) v 3.06
This program checks for drivers which have been crashing your computer. If your computer has displayed a blue screen of death, suddenly rebooted or shut down then this program will help you find the root cause and possibly a solution.
Whenever a computer suddenly reboots without displaying any notice or blue screen of death, the first thing that is often thought about is a hardware failure. In reality, on Windows most crashes are caused by malfunctioning device drivers and kernel modules. In case of a kernel error, many computers do not show a blue screen unless they are configured for this. Instead these systems suddenly reboot without any notice.
This program will analyze your crash dumps with the single click of a button. It will tell you what drivers are likely to be responsible for crashing your computer. If will report a conclusion which offers suggestions on how to proceed in any situation while the analysis report will display internet links which will help you further troubleshoot any detected problems.

Conclusion
32 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. Only 15 are included in this report. No offending third party drivers have been found. Consider configuring your system to produce a full memory dump for better analysis.
Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.
Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Hi Is it crashing on main Machine or you use Microsot Virtual Machine or Vm to use server 2008. If It has been happning on main Machine I mean
on host. first of all make sure you have not installed any software or hardware recently and update the BIOS and if the BIOS is already updated
then check the hard disk space and run the chkdsk I would advice you to use chkdsk /r /f after it run sfc /scannow command in command line
update the driver you can check the driver by typing in run box sigverif you will get a box with three option you need to click on start and wait
unless it checkes all the signed drivers , once the process is complete click on advance option and view the log . It will open a txt file you need
to check all the drivers are signed driver . you can run the Memory check as well for the confirmation . if you don't get the solution of this issue
unplug all the external devices you have connected to the Machine and attach them one by one restart your computer . Check all the device by one. I believe you will get the solution of this issue.
Thanks & best Regards

Hi tyagiankit36,
Thanks for suggestions. I have windows server 2008 R2 on main machine and I am running Windows 7 64 bit on the hyper-v VM. I didn't install any software or drivers lately. I will see if BIOS update is available for this since it is a custom built machine. (Need to find out the model of the motherboard). I will follow the suggestions and let you know what I find out.
Thanks you very much for your time!

Hi
tyagiankit36,All my drivers are signed. I've tried updating BIOS it says it it's not compatible with my Windows version.
http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2740&dl=1#bios
GA-EP35C-DS3R
I had F3 version installed. I download F4 but the BIOS won't let me run it.
