Grant Permissions to Create Users in Active Directory.

Friday, March 08, 2013 12:42 PMI need to grant permissions to create users in Active Directory to a group of people. but these can not be domain administrators.
how I can do this or that group, I would recommend.

Hello,
on the OU where the users should be able to do this start with Delegate control wizard, default not so much templates BUT http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc772784(v=ws.10).aspx gives you more.
