Dear Experts, Im having trouble in configuring the FSRM E-Mail Notification. when im trying to test email it will display the following error.
- System
- Provider
[ Name] SRMSVC
- EventID 12306
[ Qualifiers] 32772
Level 2

Hi,
Please check if SMTP server, administrator recipients and default From address are correctly input. Also please make sure that SMTP server is working fine without using "send email" function in FSRM.

Seems this issue is related to Exchange Server. I suggest you discussing this issue in our Exchange Server forum.
