Sunday, January 20, 2013 12:05 PMHi friends,
I have windows server 2003 installed on a supermicro server, also it acts as a firewall with ISA Server 2004, Beforehand I able to manage this server remotely, but when I was trying to upgrade its antivirus, it restarted suddenly through the installation, after that, I can not connect to this server remotely or manage it on KVM Switch (there is no signal on KVM monitor). Server is running, and all of users have internet connection. Also I can not shut it down or restart it remotely. I also don't have access to it's registry. please help, what did happen to this server?? How can I solve this problem?

Start it in safe mode and remove the AV?
Check a forum or support like for the AV?
You don't even say what anti-virus package it is. Still, the above stands.

AV is Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Windows, Agent was installed on this server when I was upgrading the AV from version 6 to 8, during installation, suddenly server restarted, installation did not complete. "AV server has been installed on another server, AV consoles shows that AV did not installed on this server but when I try to deploy it from console, a message appears that there is an AV installed on server (It could not be uninstall from console)". and I have no access to check the server.

I don't understand what you are describing and this does not sound like a Windows issue. This is a Kaspersky issue:
What console are you trying to deploy from? What server is it on, this server?
No access to check the server? In an earlier post you said you had physical access.
If you don't have access to the server with the issue you are screwed.
If you don't have access to the central Kaspersky control server you may be screwed.Did you try these things?
1) Start the server in safe mode?2) run a cleaning agent for the Kaspersky software?
3) check a Kaspersky forum? http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showforum=204<---it sounds like this is where you are going to get your answer.
4) Do you have a license and support for the software?

Thank you CountryStyle
In safe mode I removed AV, and remote desktop is working.
