Hi All,
I'm seeking a solution for the below error from the forum after doing multiple research over the net. (nothing workout for me). So here is the scenario. Experts please help me.
I have a Win2k8 server (DC1 ) with DC and CA installed. and DC1 is replicating to another domain controller (DC2) in Different site via Sitelink. Site1 and Site 2 DCs replicating correctly.
I have added a client system in to Site1 domain (DC1) and joining to the domain was successful.I can ping to the DC1 and access DC1 file shares such as SYSVOL. When I run GPUpdate /force on client PC I'm getting below error(Screen clip attached.)
I have run the command GPResult /h GPReport.html to diagnose the failure. I got below message on command prompt-
INFO: The user "COPR\User1" does not have RSOP data.
NOTE - I have Default Domain policy GPO and UAG Direct Access:Clients GPO created on domain controller. both GPOs have link enabled.
So many of information :) would like to get experts help to resolve this long going issue.
Thank you

Hi,
Please refer the similar discussion below and see if that helps
Why won't Group Policy won't update my computer policy on Win7 and server 2008?
Also, I would suggest you to post this query in Group policy sub forum for better help

All Right, check the security filtering of the GPO linked to the OU wherein your machine object resides.
Make sure to grant following access permissions to Authenticated Users using GPMC
Read
Apply Group PolicyRefer below link for more details.
http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/group-policy-security-filtering.html
Again, If the above suggestion doesn't work, then I would suggest you to post your query in Group Policy forum

Hi,
After performing "gpupdate /force", do you get any error log which is under Event Viewer?

Hello,
Seems no policy have been applied to this new client system. Anyways do this try once.
- Open GPM console in DC1 and check for GP results of this client computer by using GP results wizard.
- In client computer type rsop.msc at run and check for applied GP settings.
- Login as other user or administrator and check gpupdate/force command whether it can work for other users or not?

Hi,
Sorry guys for taken time to reply back did head on to another task.
Santhosh - there is permission in place for "DA_client" security group for the GPOs and I have included "Authenticate users" also to Read and Apply Group Policy rights.
TLS-Terry - Yes I'm getting Event ID -1030 error code in the client PC.
EXRAPUL - You seem to be correct Since I also feel the same.
I run the GP Wizard on DC1 for the client and middle of the wizard I got below error-
And found an Event log on DC1 as below -
Note - When I tried to do same GPResults wizard for another servers in the same domain did work for some servers and not worked for 2 3 servers (got above RPC server unavailable error.)
I'm suspecting RPC server/client is not running in both systems. If it is the issue please let me know how to troubleshoot RPC related issues.
Many Thanks for all. :)

Monday, June 04, 2012 4:02 PMHello,
- To troubleshoot Event ID:1030 follow this link:http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/ee/transform.aspx?ProdName=Windows%20Operating%20System&ProdVer=5.2&EvtID=1030&EvtSrc=Userenv&LCID=1033
- To troubleshoot Event ID:10006 follow this link:http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/ee/transform.aspx?ProdName=Windows%20Operating%20System&ProdVer=5.2&EvtID=10006&EvtSrc=DCOM&LCID=1033
Make sure WMI & RPC services are in running state. As per your snap shot above, seems the client having WMI issue check for it once.
Note:Do all the above steps with domain admin rights.
