Expanding space and moving domain to new server

hi admins,
Currently i'm facing big problem in my office. we have single domain server it handling dhcp,dns and database server.Now the problem is the domain server windows partition has total space 30Gb. i want to expand the drive size from 30 to 100gb.
Second problem is we purchase new server and i want to transfer the domain server from old to new one because it having lot of loads.
Please help me to get out of this issue

to transfer all the services from the current domain controller to other server you will have to first join the new server in the same domain and transfer the fsmo roles make it sure that you have ad integrated dns
