    Hi,

There is no paging file configured in the system drive, but 6.6 GB unused paging file occupied in the system drive.  Currently 8 GB paging file configured in D- drive.

Tried the following steps to clear the unused paging file

    1. Rebooted the server and tried to spilt the paging file system driver 2 GB & D- driver 6 GB, after rebooted the server taken totally paging file size is 2 GB.
    2. Changed back to paging file settings like 8 GB in d-driver, no paging file in system drive. Again I’m able to see 6.6 GB occupied in system drivers

Still I’m unable to remove the unused paging file which is in system drive.  Need your help to fix this issue.

Is pagefile.sys file exist in D driver this time?

What about this time, is pagefile.sys exist in D driver?

What’s the pagefile settings in your system, system managed or custom size? Could you please give us a screen capture?

What the error when you delete pagefile in system driver? Pagefile in use?

Please give us feedback for further troubleshooting.
