log in problems

i am not being able to log in to my computer because of some all user client policy
please help
a message is being displayed that windows could not connect to the all user client service so only administrator is being able to log in other users are not being able what to do.

Sunday, March 17, 2013 5:23 AMI guess, local login has been disabled by GP's. Can you check the GP's?

As ArnavSharma mentioned, it seems that logon locally permission was denied using of the group policies: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc957048.aspx
To troubleshoot that, you can think of using rsop.msc and gpresult.

GP are Group Policies. Please use rsop.msc and gpresult to troubleshoot the applied group policy settings.

Are you the Admin of your domain? If yes, then you need to modify the group policies.
If no, then please check with the admins having access to modify GP's.
