Are we solving the Windows 7 issues over here ? The above post clearly mentioned its on Windows 7 as an Operating system. I yes then from next time can I start giving the solution instead forwarding to the related forums ?

I agree with you. As this forum is mainly focus on general question about windows server, if the customer post on the wrong forum, we’d better forward to the related forums. But if possible, I think we could provide solution or useful information besides forward the thread. Do you agree with me?

Hello Nick,
Thanks for the prompt reply. There are lot of times when Active Directory, Exchange and Windows 7 queries are posted over here in this forum though I can manage to answer but I simply forward the post to related forums if we start answering here the user starts troubleshooting and at one point if the question is not solved then ? its forwarded to the other forums .again a huge history has to be maintained. How ever I will next time try to help them as well.
I have seen some people without analyzing the query starts redirecting it in the other forums just to gain the points ..
