HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ProcCon\Parameters
There is no "ProcCon" in my Win7 64bit Registry at the above address. I want to change the registry values for Process Control Parameters.

Hi,
I would not recommand you to change anthing in the registry. It's may causing the system crash or unexpected error.
According to the KB Registry Values for Process Control Parameters:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/296930, this is only applies to Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter Server not in Windows 7.
Regards.
