MS13-004 Event ID 1021

After install .net patch MS13-004, we get the following messages in event logs -
.NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.5466 - Executable "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\mscorsvw.exe" AppDomain "DefaultDomain" deleted obsolete native image "C:\Windows\assembly\NativeImages_v2.0.50727_32\mscorlib\5a46e3b66869d4ac945e2f1d886e8053\mscorlib.ni.dll"
I have not been able to find information what this message means. Can someone explain what the message is, and if we should be concerned about applying this patch ? I found this same message on another posted question and it was marked answered however no answer was given.
