    hello,

is there any tools in windows server and also windows 7 to find defecte hardware(I mean the computer itself) in the time of problems with hardware ( I mean the hardware it self not the driver of the hardware) for example if  some controller of hard disk is defect or any other hardware.  or I have to buy third party products to solve such problem.

    thanks

    johan

Well, you can do memory diagnosis: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/715-memory-diagnostics-tool.html

    memtest86+ can do it also.

For other hardare components, usually it is the manufacturer who provides the customer with such tools.

    first thanks,

I know that, I mean also for other hardwares in the computer.for example there is ULTRA X tool of third party which diagnose and shows any problem with any hardware.

I mean if windows  has such a tool like ULTRA X.ULTRA X is a special program which controls and detects any hardware problem.
