Windows Server 2008 R2 SMTP Virtual Server , Bulk add address to Connection Control

Does anyone know if it is possible to add multiple address to the SMTP Connection control using a script or modifying the configuration file?
i am setting up a new smtp server and have about 400 devices to add. The tab i am talking about is under the properties of the SMTP virtual server\Access\Connection\Add .
it lets you add a single computer, group of computers (which doesnt suit as they are MFD's on different subnets), or domain (again doesnt suit)
