    Hi

    I recenty had this error on my screen

    eventually i got round to re-entering my product key (had mis-placed disk)

    it is a copy i got through the Uni so likley a ms software library copy

    As i said have re-entered the product key so no more error at start up

    However, still have this note on the bottom right of the screen and cant get rid of it

    could you help resolve this

    Make sure the Software Protection service is not disabled.

    Also, you can run

    slmgr /dlv

    in CMD prompt command line to see the details about the activation
