certificate import

Saturday, November 17, 2012 8:08 PMi am having a problem installing the cert.cer on my new win7 system. every time i try to set up the mail client, it says my exch server cant be connected. its not my 2003 server as i currently have other office 2010 outlook clients on other machines. i created a new certificate, exported it to a .cer file, still no connection. any ideas?? btw, i am using rdp/tcpip got the answer thanks, you need to use your domain with your login, duhhhhh

Maybe the certificate used by your messaging system is not trusted or does not contain all the names used to access your messaging servers.
Note that you can use group policies to make a certificate trusted for all domain joined computers. More here: http://technet.microsoft.com/fr-fr/library/cc770315(v=ws.10).aspx
