    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums.

I suggest we try raising the Forest Functional Level again before we add the new Windows Server 2012 DC.

    Raise the Forest Functional Level

    Have a nice day.

    Hi,

Did you have any error in the event viewer of the domain controller ?

launch the dcdiag command and show us the result.

It's seems that you have a replication problem.

So to perform this operation try to check if all your DC are running and healthy.

    Hi,

Check the functional level of the forest by going to the console domain and trust. this link can be applied also with windows 2008:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc527545(v=ws.10).aspx

it is possible that you have increased the level FUNCTIONAL domain
