I am writing a guide at present for improving protection against attacks on Windows Server for my employer, unfortunately the only article I can locate is for Windows 2000, I need to write them for 2003 and 2008 server editions. Anyone aware if the following steps still work?
Many thanks in advance for any help!

This article also applys to Windows Server 2003 as they base on same kernel. For TCP/IP Security in new Windows Server 2008, you might want to refer to this:
Next Generation TCP/IP Stack in Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008
TCP/IP Registry Values for Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008
Enhanced Network Performance with Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008
Next Generation TCP/IP Stack
