    4 desktop is showing up as a kms host in dns. How can I delete the kms host on my desktop and on dns.

    This happens when the OS is installed using a KMS Host key instead of the KMS Client key.  You should assign the KMS Client key to the machine, delete the KMS records from DNS, then re-activate the OS.  The KMS Client keys are located here (for Win 7/2008R2): http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff793421.aspx
