Need Help retrieving programs.

Thursday, February 21, 2013 8:59 PMI lost all of my programs ,when I went to Windows 8.Could someone tell me, which CD 1,2,3, would they be on in my backup disks. I really would appreciate your help....OH, and how do I get them off, without Windows 7 running? Thanks so much !!
