I Don't Live Migration Network tab on VM Properties

Hi All,
Under Services and Applications, when I right click on a VM and select properties, I only see two tabs; General, Failover.
When I right click my VM, I do see an option to Live Migrate, and it appears to work. It takes a minute or so to migrate to another node in my cluster.
I can't see to find a specific reference to this anywhere.

Right click on the virtual machine’s name under “Services and applications”, you will get properties like the following one.
Right click on the “Virtual Machine xxxx” in the middle panel, you will get properties like the following one.
Do you have any concern about this?
