Problems with hyper-V under Server 2008 R2
Hello,
I have installed hyper-V under Server 2008 R2. If I want to provide a new VM, I get the following error message:>>>>>>>>>>
Fehler beim Übernehmen von Änderungen an "Festplatte".Fehler beim Hinzufügen des Geräts "Microsoft Virtual Hard Disk'.
Die Anlage "D:\Festplatten\HDD01.vhd" kann nicht geöffnet werden. Fehler: "Für die angegebene Datei wurde kein Anbieter zur Unterstützung von virtuellen Datenträgern gefunden."
Für die Anlage " D:\Festplatten\HDD01.vhd " können keine Informationen abgerufen werden.
Die Anlage " D:\Festplatten\HDD01.vhd " kann nicht geöffnet werden. Fehler: "Für die angegebene Datei wurde kein Anbieter zur Unterstützung von virtuellen Datenträgern gefunden."

If I take over for the key 'Properties' unter 'HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E97D-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}' the administrator as an owner, gives him access rights, extinguishes the key 'Security' and restarts the system, hyper-V is running. After a system-restart abovementioned error message appears again. Registry again work on - restart system - everything functions (up to the next system start) etc. The mistake appears on two independent physical Intel's servers. Can somebody help me there?

My friend translated this for me and it sounds like the security permissions on the .VHD files need to be corrected along with the registry.

Based on my finding, the error "0xC03A0014" may be caused by incompatible issue between Hyper-V and Tape Device. If you have any Tape Device, please power off and test. If Symantec BackupExec was installed, please try to uninstall it if the problem continues after trunning off the Tape Device.
Also, we cannot read Non-English error message, to better understand your problem and effectively troubleshoot this problem, it’s suggested to initial a new post in your localized forum or contact Microsoft CSS.

thank you for your assistance. The problem is solved. Cause was a faulty driver of the Intel-Mainboard-Eventviewer.
