What is your question?
You can handle Hyper-V with VMM in domains and in trusted domains and also stand-alone Hyper-V hosts,
if standalone you will deploy an vmm agent on that machine and with keys connect it with the VMM server
read more at this technet page : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg610642.aspx
The VMM server has to be in a domain though.
was that what you where asking for?

If you are asking if two totally separate VMM installations can manage the exact same Hyper-V server, the answer is no. As Niklas points out, a VMM agent is installed on any managed Hyper-V host. That agent communicates with a single VMM server. Installation of the agent will generate an error if an agent already exists on the target Hyper-V host.
There is a forum dedicated to SCVMM and Hyper-V - http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/virtualmachingmgrhyperv/threads
