One fine morning after machine restart, we are facing issue starting many VMs.

NO movement or import/ export of any VM. "Just saved VM before restart and trying to start again."
I am admin on machine with full access to all folders of VM. There are many VMs if different sub folders.
I have full permission on folder.

    Error says,
