featurename netfx2-servercore is unknown

  I have checked all the related topics and have not found any that address my issue. In my case, the featurename netfx2-servercore is actually missing so it cannot be enabled. I am trying to install the HyperV module for powershell version 3.

  My computer is running 2008 r2 enterprise 64 bit. This is the HyperV server and NOT a VM.

  This is what I have done:

  1) Powershell version 3 is already installed

  2) Download HyperV modeule

  3) Ran the install.

  4) Ran DISM get-features as Administrator

  Below I include the HyperV install command line output, and below that the warnings and error messages from the DISM log. You will note that the NetFx2-ServerCore  is <b>NOT</b> there.
