Integration service, not able to install latest over previous one
- I have server 2008 r2 host with 5 server 2008 as guestHost is upgrade from server 2008 sp2Now when i insert integration disk and try to install it prompts that i have previous version of integration server, then i install it to upgrade or repair. It complets successfully. No reboot prompt.But when i try it again it still says i have previous version of integration service. I tried several times it does same thing and keep telling me i have previous version of integration service.What could be wrong here?I tried uninstall with "setup.exe /uninstall" but looks like it doesn't understand uninstall or not an option, how can i unistall it?

Please go into your Windows Server2 008 VM, navigate to Control Panel > Program and Features > Installed Updates.
On a Windows Server 2008 R2-based computer, the Integration Services for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 will be listed in Programs and Features as "KB955484". Please check whether you have "KB955484" listed in your Windows Server 2008 VMs.
By the way, on a Windows Server 2008(SP1)-based computer, the Integration Services will be listed in "Programs and Features" as KB951634; on a Windows Server 2008 SP2-based computer, the Integration Services for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 will be listed in "Programs and Features" as KB956777.
