Monday, June 23, 2008 6:50 PMI have a pretty beefy system, 4 Dual Processors with 12GB RAM but I am not able to create more than 4 Guest VM
I am carefully allocating my memory and processors resources to the guest vms, if i total up 8GB for all my VMs , any new VM wont boot up

Try setting a manual page file size on your Parent partition and see if that stops the memory error from happening.
