You have a warning at the bottom of the screen there. That may be giving us a clue. Can you post the whole thing?

Which screen shot is it the 1st one or the 2nd one .
I don't think I missed any thing. Is there a way to attach the cluster validation report in here.

Friday, February 08, 2013 10:51 AMI hava similar configuration. I have configured Live Migration using 'use keberos' option for Authentication protocol. and It works perfectly.
You may try configuration of live migration using 'use kerberos' option . This ay solve your problem.sss -

By default, live migration is enabled, so you must be changing something. You don't say what it is, but based on the screen shot and the error message, it looks like you are trying to add another network for use by live migration. Is this a network that is already in use for something else within the cluster?
What are you trying to change? If you want to add another network, try clicking on Networks in the Failover Cluster Manager, select Live Migration Settings... and click on the network you want to use. See if that works.

@Tim
I don't think live migration is enabled by default in HyperV you need to enable it on both the hosts.
I am not using a seperate for NIC for the live migration.Each host has 4 niC.
2 NIcs are teamed(using windows) and used for MGMT,VM traffic and Live migration. (Vm Network). In Hyper a VMswitch (External Traffic) is created using the Teamed NIC.
One Nic used for iSCSI traffic
One NIC used for heart beat.
Is there way to attach the cluster configuration here.So that you might be to tell me if the networkig isn't setup properly

On the problematic machine I couldn't access Local security policy.Was getting an error message saying.
"Failed to open the Group Policy Object on this computer. You may not have appropriate rights.”
Made changes as described in the below link and then could apply the live migration settings and could successfully Live migrate the machines.
