Been having this problem for a while. I can not open MMC (Server Manager) It opens then crashes and says

I am running Windows Small Business Server 2008 R2 - 64-Bit
Been searching the internet for similar errors but when I try their solutions it does not work. i.e. re-installing .NET framework, changing and allowing different permissions...
Any help pleaseeeeeee as I need to set up a Hyper-V thingy and I need to get into MMC to start....
