Unable to install Windows 2008 64 bit SP2

Please help
I have a terminal server with windows 2008 server sp1.
i'm unable to install windows 2008 sp2 (Windows6.0-KB948465-X64) in one of my server.. the error says as
ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED(0X80070005).There is no anti virus installed, i have used Windows6.0-KB947821-v4-x64 tool to install standalone service pack 2... but even then it didn't work ...

That message is usually permissions related.
Are you logged in with a local Administrator account or a Domain Administrator account?
Can you try the following? Open up a command prompt using elevated permissions (Right-click on cmd and select Run As Administrator) locate the SP2 installer and run it from the command line.
If issue still persists take a look at the following forum.
