I'm having the hardest time trying to get the music off my phone to play in Windows Media Player and I've followed all the instructions that I needed to follow now it still won't play... Help me please cause I'm out of options.

If you have an apple device you need to use itunes to play files not WMP, if you have an android device, then make sure that you change your connection settings to work as an usb drive.
If you don’t have a smartphone then using then you need to copy the files from your phone to the pc first, using your phones sync software.
If you have a Windows Phone 7 device then you need Zune to sync your files.
