    Hello! Is any way to preload powershell snapins (deafault and exchange) for more quickly start Exchange Management Console?

    It is very useful, but for powershell version 1. PS v2 (ISE) is really start fast, but Exchange Management Console and Exchange Management Shell not start fast. May be exist something the same thing for EMS?

    Running NGEN is your only real option for improving load times.  There's nothing separate for EMS.  Are you specifically referring to Exchange 2007 or 2010?  There are changes to 2010 that do make the load time slower, and I don't think there are any workarounds for that.

    Is this a local EMS on the server that you're referring to or are you using the tools remotely?

    Marco, thank you. I work witn Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010RC1 on virtualizaiton platform hyper-v in test zone.  If ngen the only option for it, than i clam myself. :).
