Network printers go offline

printers is distributed via group policy. suddenly the printers at some windows 7 users go offline when i logon with my account on the same pc my printer is on line.
after delete users profile the printers become on line. is there any way to fix this problem without delete users profiles.

Please provide user permission on shared printer. It will resolve your current issue. Please update on this blog if you need any further assistance. Refer below image

There was a hotfix released for this.

A network printer is displayed incorrectly as offline on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
