I am facing a strange error with a Printer Installation in one specific client.
The issue is when the client tries to install the Domain based printer from the Print Server he got the error in the image below:
I have found one simmilar issue on this thread: http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/epson-hp-no-help-cant-install-new-printer-parameter-incorrect-help-t544201.html, but I want to get more options before starting to rename system files.
Any help will be from great value.

as you can see its a generic error message. Did you check the system events on the client and print server ?

I have reviewed the suggestion in the thread you provided. The files you renamed will be regenerated with default settings if they does not exist. This operation will not affect other system files.
After that, open CMD and type these commands:
net stop spooler
net start spooler
Then, try to install printer again. If the issue persists, please check if there is any relevant error in event log.
