How can a user save their saved print setups when global print driver is reinstalled or PC replaced

For local printers, use PrintBRM.exe or PrintBRMui.exe to create a backup file with the printer, ports, and printer driver software.Alan Morris Windows Printing Team

USMT does not migrate them, in case of architecture change. So Alan's way might be the only's one for local printqueue. (for network printer the profile hold'em, and usmt transfert them)
