Hi,
I am installing AD RMS but I cannot register SCP. When I go to properties and try to manually register I get error "failed to register scp in active directory domain services because of the following" and nothing else. any ideas what my issue is?
Note I have all the required rights.
If I browse to rightsmanagementservices in adsiedit there is no scp folder

I managed to fix it by manually creating the SCP folder in adsiedit
- objectClass=serviceConnectionPoint with CN=SCP
I then ran the command
c:\Program Files (x86)\RMS SP2 Administration Toolkit\ADScpRegister>ADScpRegiste
r.exe registerscp https://fs.domain.x/_wmcs/Certification
Note to run command below I downloaded the tools from here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=BAE62CFC-D5A7-46D2-9063-0F6885C26B98&displaylang=en
