    server 2008 R2 (non DC).

    I have some simple shares.

I need to deny a share for a group.

When I add a denny share for this group or for only one user - all the users are denied.

I do something wrong. What could it be?

Thank you very much for help.

Please take a screenshot of share permissions as well as group membership.

I am sorry for disturbing. I forgot one thing.

..I tested it remotely. Via VPN connection. But I forgot that when I change a VPN connection (another user logon), that when I use to testing some as:

    \\192.168.10.200

the authentication for \\192.168.10.200 remains stored from the first VPN connection. I am m*r*n :D.

BTW. how to clear such temporarily  stored authentication without restart/logon/logof?

    Thank you.
