    Hi All,

    We are preparing to renew our 2003 R2 issuing CA's certificates as they are expiring soon. When I choose cancel to save a request file locally to be later manually sent up to the Intermediate CA, it simple restarts the services and doesn't save the file locally. What would be causing this to happen? I am doing this as a Domain Admin and an Enterprise PKI admin as well.
