Any issues in doing this?  The server is a DC, and running DNS, and contains our radius server as well as the Certificate Authority.  This was all built originally on 2008R2 Standard and the CA is Enterprise.

Has anyone else done this successfully?  Or had such a bad experience, that maybe I should leave well enough alone?  We are getting ready to do patch updates and some configuration changes to the AD services and wanted to bring this server up to par with the other DCs.  Bad idea or no real challenge?

    Thanks.

There are no known considerations and CA server can be updgraded from Standard to Enterprise edition. The only note is that it is not recommended to host CA server on domain controllers. IF possible, you should consider to migrate CA role to member server.
