    Can someone please confirm that the following information contained in the article titled "Instructions for using SQL Server 2008 in FIPS 140-2-compliant mode" pertains to Windows Server and SQL Server 2008 R2?  I will provide a link to the article, if necessary (it won't let me do it here).
