    Hello,

I'm currently trying to set up a new server and will be using my own domain and Active Directory for about 40 users. We have 7 computers that are shared among the 40 users and will all be set up on the domain. We have had problems in the past with people forgetting to log out of their account and someone else would come in and change something on their account like a wallpaper. I've seen countless inappropriate wallpapers due to this happening. Is there a way to set it up on the server so that every user in the Active Directory has a specified screensaver that locks them out after 3 minutes of inactivity?

Thanks in advance for any help given.

    Hi,

Yep, it could be done via Group Policy, for the detailed information you could refer to the link below:

Title: Group Policy Settings for Personalization
    URL: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee617164(v=ws.10).aspx

Note: Some features or settings might be limited due to your OS or server version.

    Regards,
    James
