Windows XP Installation using Windows 2008 Deployment Services

I've been searching for a solution where I can configure a server to host all the setup files, PXE start my PC and do Windows XP installation. I dont want imaging, sophistication, complication, etc... pure OS installation nothing else. Could someone please lead me to a place where I can learn to do just this? or someone kind enough to tell me how to do it?

I can also setup windows 2003 server if you prefer.

I think this site gives you a myriad of options on how to deploy Windows XP:

One of the methods is RIS - Remote installation services - and here is a page on how to set that up for Windows 2000 (the steps were pretty much the same with 2003 - only there was a great deal more driver support).

This should also allow you to deploy Windows XP in the way you are looking ot do.

I've been able to complete the installation of XP successfully.

But how can I avoid Lite Touch Installation asking me for domain credentials to connect to the share?

Honestly, I think the big "Zero Touch" solution is going to be BDD and SMS:
