Clients not showing up in Multicast Transmissions

Unicasting images works great, but after following steps to create a Multicast Transmission, clients still unicasts like it usually does.
I was expecting once I configured a Multicast Transimission that clients would wait (Scheduled, not Auto). I also do not see any clients listed on the server's WDS MMC.
Per a colleuge of mine, IGMP snooping looks to be on (we have Cisco switches, and they are on by default according to this:
We're at a loss.

At first, please verify that you have met the prerequisites to deploy multicast deployments according to the link below:

If all the things were done well according to the article above, please run the following command in the command prompt with the evaluated right on the WDS server:
WDSUTIL /Get-MulticastTransmission /Show-clients
Then post back the result here to get further analysis.
