I received error message RegSvr32

The message reads:
The module "wuaueng.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005.
Now what?
This all started because my computer is sluggish, and when I look at the task manager, the 'svchost.exe' takes up lots of memory - sometimes all. I tried to do a suggested remedy, and was told to check each one of the dll's.... and the first one (the one I mentioned above) was when I received that error message. Unfortunately, the remedy didn't tell me what to do if any one of these dll files 'failed'.
Please help!
Thanks

What message from what? Generally speaking, that error code is an "Access Denied" message, which dosn't really mean much at all without context.

Search this forum for the keywords "svchost" + "cpu" + "100%".

Ahhh.. some context... so you tried to re-register a DLL and you don't have administrative rights to do that.
Where did you get this "suggested remedy" and what was the specific diagnosis that caused you to select that remedy to fix a performance problem?
