問題 Configration Client not installing

    I am not able to install CCM Update in a server (windows 2008)

    Below are the Log files

    Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070643: Configuration Manager Client Installation

    This happens only for one machine. All the other windows update got installed in the machine but ccm fails

    Error code 643 (hex) = 1603 = generic Windows Installer failure. To get more details, you need to examine the verbose msi log file which in this case is client.mso.log in the ccmsetup directory of the client. Use this guide to help you find the error on that log file as its not as simple as looking at the end: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2005/08/01/446328.aspx
