AnswerTarget Group Limited to 50 Systems

    Windows 2003 Server, WSUS 3 SP2
    1 Corporate WSUS server
    65 Replica servers
I created a single group for one PC from each replica server, 60 anyway, some don't require.
These systems need updates other systems cannot have.

When checking my corporate server, the Target Group only lists 50 systems.
Checking individual servers, all list the one (1) PC in the proper group.
Comparing the list from the corporate WSUS server to the lists of all systems I identified the missing systems.
I deleted the system(s) from their replica server, I ran Wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow to force the system to register again.
It did, then I sync'd the replica with the corporate server and checked the target group on the corporate server.
It still listed only 50 systems.
And the one just worked on is present, however one system that was listed previously is now gone.

I have other Target Groups with more than 50 systems, however they are all local (not from replicas).

    Any useful comments?

    Classic symptom. See KB903262.
