Can Not Find System.Windows.Forms Assembly for Silverlight5

I am trying to use the Screen.PrimaryDisplay.Bounds.Width that as far as I can tell is in the System.Windows.Forms.dll Assembly. I can not find the assembly in my C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\Silverlight\v5.0 directory.
Is the Screen class in a different Assembly or is the prolem something else?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
