Printing and saving files from WordPerfect 11.0

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 8:19 PMI recently completed a system restore on my PC and have been installing software as I need it. I installed my Wordperfect 11.0 today and am having trouble saving and printing the document I made. Can you help me with this? I downloaded all of the suggested updates from the Microsoft website but still have the problem. You can email or call me, whatever is easiest for you. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
